Prior notification to the enforcing authority, health and safety plan, health and safety file and coordination of all contractors – for a residential scheme as much as for a new bridge. During visits by the labour inspectorate or the statutory accident insurer, we are at your side.
Comprehensive HSE plans for major projects, project-specific site rules and emergency plans. Escape routes, assembly points and first-aid provision are defined, communicated and checked while the site is live.
A systematic, objective review of your HSE performance – on construction sites, in precast concrete plants and in operational facilities. We examine documentation, conditions on the ground, emergency arrangements and incident management, and show whether your rules are genuinely applied in practice.
