Scope of service

From site rules to emergency drills.

International clients – particularly for data centres and logistics centres – bring their own HSE standards. We combine them with German statutory requirements into a single plan that works on site.

Preparing and updating comprehensive HSE plans, implementing them and monitoring compliance throughout the construction phase.

Project-specific site rules – prepared or updated and communicated to all contractors.

2.3Emergency plan & arrangements

A site emergency plan and the arrangements behind it:

  • Defining and communicating escape and rescue routes
  • Assembly points and first-aid provision
  • Emergency contacts and reporting lines
  • Emergency drills and coordination with the emergency services

2.6Training material & briefing media

Project-specific training material, visual briefing media and multilingual, pictorial safety information for the workforce.

2.7Records & close-out

Records of the entire construction phase from a health and safety perspective, a final review of key findings and significant incidents, HSE performance indicators and recommendations for future projects.
