What these sites demand

Every type of project has its own risk profile.

We know the typical hazards and focus our inspections where they matter most on each site.

  • Data centres

    Tight programmes, many building services trades working concurrently and demanding client HSE standards. Priorities: interfaces between trades, temporary electrics, work at height, MEWPs and complete records.

  • Logistics centres

    Large-span warehouses with concurrent roofing and cladding works and heavy crane and delivery traffic. Priorities: roof-edge protection, crane zones, lifting operations and traffic management.

  • Industrial projects

    Factory and production buildings with many contractors on site, sometimes alongside live operations. Priorities: contractor coordination, hazardous substances, hot works and fire safety.

  • Residential schemes

    Housing with several trades in a confined footprint. Priorities: scaffolding, edge protection at slab edges and stairwells, crane operations – and a SiGeKo service scaled to what the scheme requires.

  • Highways & roads

    Work alongside live traffic and in mobile works zones. Priorities: temporary traffic management, construction traffic, reversing plant, buried services and excavations.

  • Bridges

    Work at height and over water or live carriageways. Priorities: falsework, formwork, fall protection, heavy lifts and rescue arrangements.

Public-sector clients

For municipalities and highway authorities.

Towns, municipalities and district authorities act as the client on their own building, highway and bridge schemes – and must appoint a SiGeKo as soon as more than one contractor is on site. We fulfil this role reliably and with a clear audit trail.

Prior notification, health and safety plan, inspection reports and health and safety file – complete and traceable for the project file and audit.

For recurring schemes we welcome long-term collaboration and respond to requests for quotation and public tenders.

Many data centre and logistics developers are based abroad and bring their own HSE requirements. We ensure the two work together on site.
